U.S. - SHIPPING / DELIVERY
We offer free shipping in the U.S. on orders over $65. Shipping orders are processed through a third-party service and should arrive within 2-7 business days depending on your shipping preference at checkout*.
*Note these timings are provided as an estimate only and listed to give you an idea of when you will receive your product. Your shipment may arrive outside of the ETA window due to factors outside of our control.
CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
Email us at hello@drinkooso.com with your details (e.g., name, addresses - old and new, order number). There is no guarantee, but the quicker you realize you made an address oopsie, the more likely we can correct your information and try to make things right. Please be sure to call out the urgency by typing "URGENT: DELIVERY ADDRESS ERROR" in the subject line.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, the third-party delivery service should provide you with tracking information. If you do not receive any tracking information, please let us know at hello@drinkooso.com.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, we're unable to cancel or make any changes. Please see our return policy below for options once your package arrives.
RETURNS & REFUNDS / DAMAGED ITEMS
As a beverage product, we cannot accept returns, but we do refund the cost plus associated shipping on damaged shipment claims once pictures showing the damage are submitted.
It's a frustrating reality that items may get damaged in transit. If this has happened to you, please send photos of the damaged item to hello@drinkooso.com within 3 days of your package being delivered.
We do not offer refunds on opened or used items.
