A:Â We're committed to using only the best ingredients. As a tea-based beverage, we only use high-quality organic teas and organic honey is the only added sweetener in our products.
Q: Does OOSO Sparkling Tea contain artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives?
A: No way, dude. OOSO is free from all artificial colors, artificial flavors, and preservatives. Â
Q: What is the shelf life of OOSO Sparkling Tea?
A:Â While we expect you won't be able to resist waiting long to finish it, if needed, OOSO is shelf stable and lasts 18 months after production when stored in a cool, dry environment!
Please refer to the date stamped on the can.

Q: Does OOSO contain alcohol?
A:Â Nope! OOSO is non-alcoholic.
Q: What are the ingredients?
A:Â Our products use organic teas, organic honey, and no artificial ingredients to make some delicious blends with complex flavors.
Q: Can I drink OOSO if I am pregnant or nursing?
A:Â OOSO Contains L-theanine. If you are pregnant, planning to be pregnant, or nursing, we recommend you consult a physician before consuming OOSO. A lot of research is being done on this topic and we defer to the professionals to give you the best advice.
Q: Is OOSO gluten-free and free of major food allergens?
A:Â Yup! OOSO is all of the above. For more info on FDA's major allergens list see here.
Q: How much caffeine is in an OOSO beverage?
A:Â OOSO is caffeine-free!
Q: How is OOSO sweetened? Does it contain white sugar?
A:Â OOSO contains zero refined or white sugar. Our beverages are sweetened with organic honey.
Ordering
Q: What is OOSO's return / refund policy?
A: As a beverage product, we cannot accept returns, but we do refund the cost plus associated shipping on damaged shipment claims once pictures of the damage are submitted.
Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A:Â If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to cancel your order! Email us at hello@drinkooso.com with "ORDER CANCEL" and your order number in the subject line.
Q: I just remembered that I had a promotional code for my order, can it still be added?
A: Once an order is submitted, we’re not able to add promotional and/or discount codes, but as always, feel free to email us at hello@drinkooso.com and we’ll see what we can do!
Q: Do you ship to Canada or anywhere else outside the United States?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States. BUT, one of our founders is Canadian, so never say never! 👀
